Description

The position's primary responsibility is to source customers, identify buyer needs, produce sales, manage the sales process, provide and maintain appropriate build expectations and updates, manage and maintain their assigned model home, and maintain excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Present and communicate Amreston Homes' products, value, communities, and lifestyles to Discover and meet customer goals, overcome challenges or objections, and ensure that customers recognize Amreston Homes as not only the area's premier builder but also the builder best suited to meet their needs.
  • Sit and manage model homes, ensure models are open during standard business hours, are in a presentable business state, are appropriately stocked with collateral, place A-Frames and bandit signs, feather flags, and/or banners daily as required. Model home hours may be adjusted seasonally as required.
  • Provide and maintains appropriate build expectations, weekly buyer updates, and excellent customer
  • Maintains accurate documentation of the entire transaction from sale to close, provides weekly updates to customers and the Amreston Homes team
  • Ensures option accuracy and keeps buyers updated on construction status, schedules all buyer walks, schedules and attends buyer construction walks.
  • Maintains a CRM tool and backlog of customers and prospects, manages time, meets or exceeds sales goals, and works with all members of the Amreston Homes team to achieve company goals
  • Maintains a current network of realtors and regularly engages with the Realtor community to ensure Amreston Homes is at the forefront of their list of new construction builders. Actively maintains Realtor outreach to identify and establish positive business relationships with additional Realtors to ensure future sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly sales goals
  • Attend sales meetings and training
  • Assists in completing competitive analysis on products, features, and neighborhoods/amenities
  • Assist in coordination with third-party vendors, including signage companies, model maintenance, model cleaning services, third-party inspectors, etc.
  • Coordinate model general upkeep to ensure marketing and sales tools are always in place – including ensuring that models and specs are clean and maintained, marketing collateral is current and accurate, and community is presentable and ready for customers
  • Participates in and attends sales events at sales centers and other locations as necessary

 

Required Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be able to drive in the daytime or nighttime
  • Maintains an excellent knowledge of sales, negotiation, and communication techniques and skills
  • Ability to utilize Amreston Homes applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or two (2) years of related experience
  • Prior customer relationship management (CRM) software experience
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of the real estate and production home-building industry preferred

Superintendent

Description

The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction, safety, and customer service by managing the construction of multiple homes from receipt of
permit and start to closing through scheduling and supervising trade partners, homeowner walk-throughs, and inspections.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervises field construction for their assigned communities and projects
  • Validates schedule progression and adherence, while ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and inspection obligations
  • Works with trade partners to improve quality, accuracy, efficiency, and schedule adherence while mitigating cost overruns, and the need to incur additional expenses
  • Provides trade partner performance feedback and works with Construction and Purchasing departments to provide appropriate and effective coaching and correction to trade partners
  • Updates construction schedules daily and approves payment for materials received and completed work while ensuring quality and accuracy of the completed work
  • Walks homes in construction daily to ensure build and option accuracy, schedule progression, security, and safety
  • Manages jobsite safety adherence, SWPPP adherence and reporting, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Assesses, manages, and mitigate risk to customers, employees, and the company
  • Reviews all plot plans and start packets for completeness, errors, discrepancies, potential building issues, and option selections
  • Ensures that all change orders have been acknowledged, accepted, appropriately distributed, and implemented
  • Assists in the resolution of conflicts relating to daily construction activities including, but not limited to, trade partner challenges and contract adherence, change orders, scheduling, process improvement, and product design
  • Develops and maintains good rapport and communication with trade partners, customers, homeowners, Sales team members, employees, outside Realtors, city officials and inspectors
  • Conducts Homeowner Orientation and walk-throughs, documenting any outstanding walk-through items, schedules trade partners to repair walk-through items, and preforms any re-walks
  • Produces reports and updates as needed or required
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by ensuring builds are completed accurately and timely while managing customer experience throughout the construction process through interaction and open communication
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by working with the Sales team to manage the activities, expectations, and needs of the project and customers
  • Works with the Sales Team to ensure that model and community maintenance needs are scheduled and completed, ensuring that models are in their best condition and ready for buyer demonstration.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all technical and procedural activities related to Residential Construction
  • Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, building codes, grading and draining plans, and geologic reports
  • Possess an extensive knowledge of local building codes, processes, and procedures
  • Understands the importance of construction timelines, accuracy, quality, and sustainability
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office programs and data entry
  • Proficient in vertical construction software principles
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
