Amreston Homes entered two of its houses in the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes – and both swept their award categories.
The Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico ran the Spring Parade of Homes, which included 22 homes, most open to the public to tour.
Judges gave awards for Best Kitchen, Best Bath, Best Interior Decorating and Premier (best overall in category). Amreston’s Indigo house and Pinon house both won all of those awards in their categories…

Amreston Homes is tapping into Rio Rancho’s growing neighborhoods, unveiling its latest model home in the Vista Entrada neighborhood during Saturday’s ribbon-cutting event.
The Rio Rancho-based home-building company emphasizes custom lot spacing based on buyer needs, whether it’s outdoor yard areas or multi-car garages. The 3-bed, 2 1/2-bath home showcased Saturday, located at 3009 Ilford Road, features amenities like a three-car garage.
Deputy Mayor Bob Tyler was also at the ribbon cutting. Vista Entrada’s located in the northeast section of town.

A Rio Rancho homebuilding company took three awards recently in the Parade of Homes.
The Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico began the Parade of Homes in 1990 to celebrate projects in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas.
This year, Amreston Homes took a premier award, as well as best bath and kitchen for its Aspen floor plan. The floor plan is about 1,200 square feet and has two levels with a two-car garage for less than $214,000…
